HOW DO I KNOW WHAT IS FOR SALE?
All items for sale in the consignment shop are listed on our ebay store with a description and photo.
You can also stop by the Dayton Bridal Connection to look at the display area. If the item is no longer
on the ebay site, it has been sold.

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE?
This is automatically charged by ebay because the bridal items are being viewed by brides and
couples throughout the country. However, any bride can schedule a local pickup. The pickup time
must be scheduled AND take place within 48 hours of their purchase. If not, the item will be shipped to
you automatically on the third day. When you come to pick up your item at our office you will receive a
check in the amount of the shipping and handling fee you were charged when you bought the item on
ebay.

WHY SHOULD YOU SELL MY ITEM FOR ME?
Your item will get a lot of traffic since Your Dream Day's Dayton office is located in the Dayton Bridal
Connection. We also have a 100% satisfaction rating on ebay, which will help your item sell with
confidence.

HOW DO I BUY AN ITEM?
All sales transactions will take place on ebay.com. However, you can come to our office, located in the
Dayton Bridal Connection, to view the items in person by appointment only. If you see an item that you
like, you may use our computers to make the purchase at the store but you must have an ebay
account to do so.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
All items are sold on an as-is basis and all sales are final, no exception, since they are being sold on
consignment.

IF I BUY A DRESS, WILL YOU TAKE CARE OF ALTERATIONS AND STEAMING?
No. We will refer you to an alterations person that can help you.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
All Ohio residents are subject to a 6.5% sales tax.

I AM A YOUR DREAM DAY WEDDING PLANNING CLIENT. DO I GET A DISCOUNT?
Yes, you get a 25% discount which comes out of our commission from the seller.

DO YOU SELL NON CONSIGNMENT ITEMS?
Your Dream Day, our parent company, is a drop off location for Freeze Frame and also offers wedding
gown preservation. You may drop off your wedding bouquet or wedding gown and we will take care of
getting it preserved for you. The item will be shipped directly to you once it's completed. You may also
order invitations or items from our other catalogs, all of which will be shipped directly to you within two
weeks of placing your order.
