Partial Planning Wedding Planner Package for Coordinating

Dream Weekend (Day of and Vendor Tour Package, Partial Wedding Planning Package) up to 50 hours

This package is designed for the couple who needs help with choosing vendors and wants the execution of their rehearsal and wedding
day to be flawless. Be the belle of the ball BEFORE your wedding day and book your wedding vendors in style! Your Dream Day will
schedule vendor appointments for you, pick you and your fiancé, parent or bridal party members and escort you to up to 6 vendor
appointments per trip. Lead wedding planner will help you prescreen your vendors, attend the appointments with you, negotiate rates and
finalize your selections. Three months prior to the wedding, planner will meet with you and your photographer; reception venue; and
DJ/Band the weeks prior to the wedding. We will also compile your schedule and to-bring list. Lead coordinator will coordinate the
rehearsal, and a lead and two assistants will be present on your wedding day to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Typically, couples that choose a partial package are comfortable with taking on time consuming tasks such as mailing out their wedding
invitations; assembling programs and favors; creating placecards; and mailing out save the dates.

PLEASE NOTE: Your Dream Day will keep close tally on the hours used by the Client in this package. Depending on your specific
needs, it may be necessary to add additional hours at a rate of $750 per 10 hours or upgrade you to the "All My Dreams" package,
whichever is most cost efficient for the client. When the client has exceeded 20 hours during the vendor selection process, we will sit
down with the client and discuss how they'd like to move forward with their wedding planning solution.

Drive time from the closest YDD office is deducted as billable time. Tasks or phone conversations exceeding 15 minutes are deducted as billable time from the
package. Clients may track their hours status anytime in Master Wedding Planner. Please feel free to ask us about questions or concerns regarding how hours are
tracked.
